A. Have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position AND completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university OR 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing pre and/or post award contractual actions.
OR
B. Have occupied your position, which is classified in the GS-1102 series, since January 1, 2000 AND have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position as described in paragraph A above under qualifying specialized experience.
OR
C. Have a master's or equivalent graduate degree, OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.B or J.D., from an accredited college or university in one or a combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.

D. Together this graduate education and experience meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.

A. Have 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position AND completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field from an accredited college or university.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing pre and/or post award contractual actions that may include, but not limited to, developing solicitation, issuance of contracts and contract administration.

Have occupied your position, which is classified in the GS-1102 series, since January 1, 2000 AND have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position as described in paragraph A above under qualifying specialized experience.

F. Have a combination of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position as described in paragraph A above under qualifying specialized experience AND graduate level education (which includes 24 semester hours in one or a combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management). Together this specialized experience and graduate education meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
